WHAT'S THIS I HEAR ABOUT A MUSIC VIDEO? 

 A year and a half ago, it seemed my heart had been eviscerated and I was terrified I would never experience true joy again. One night, I was frantically scrawling in my journal while my tears wet the page. "The pain feels like an alien, so raw and piercing, it takes on a life of its own.” In that moment, I knew my only way out of the darkness was to surround myself with those who would support me in my grief and hold space for my healing.

     It was no mistake that within months I was welcomed by an incredible spiritual community and asked to become one of their regular singers. When I sang backup for Jami Lula’s “There’s A Healin’ Goin' On”,  I was viscerally impacted. This brilliant musician was speaking directly to my healing heart and I knew I had to create a music video about my journey.

WHY SHOULD I DONATE?

I'm glad you asked. You get a chance to support the arts, the opportunity to help spread a positive message, and the joy of knowing that this video might bring hope to someone who feels isolated in their pain and inspire others to show up in community for those who are grieving.
